review and trade site?...new idea...

OK folks.  we have a good start to our member base... and seeing a few things around the web some thing just came to me. should we make this more than just reviews? should we expand it to a trading & used part plus reviews site?  Now most local forums have an area where they trade out parts and such.. but often it seem the people that want that part are on some other forum. There are MANY issues that would have to be worked out but...?   whatcha all think?

Yaa, yaa.... I know I was kinda skeptical about classifieds. but looking around there is very little "organized" trade posting areas. Almost every bike site has them... but it's kinda hard to really find something.  With the economy the way it is it just might be a good thing to try?

I def think its a good idea.. but like you said it needs to be organized.. so you can find what you need.. which means that the person selling probably has to make a post for each item he /she is willing to sell. Or a more complex search tool

Sounds like a good idea to me.  I am always up for a good trade, whether it be parts for parts, bikes for bikes (never done that one yet), beer for parts, or beer for bikes (that is a quandry because I love beer).
